Charitable Gift Annuity
Gift annuities are often used as part of retirement planning to help generate a fixed income stream. You transfer your gift to Warm Blankets Orphan Care and receive a charitable deduction for a portion of the transfer, and you or 1-2 other annuitants or beneficiaries you name will receive income for the rest of your life for a fixed period of time. The income received each year is equal to a fixed percentage of the original gift. This percentage is dependent upon the age of the beneficiary when they start receiving the Charitable Gift Annuity income. Upon last surviving beneficiary, the remaining fund will be used by Warm Blankets Orphan Care to support the orphan rescue and care operations.
Deferred Gift Annuity: In exchange for your gift to charity, you or 1-2 other annuitants receive a fixed sum each year for life starting at the date of first payout.
